Who we are and why Bag-in-Box
RoWineSys was created to answer a clear market need: wineries and beverage producers
looking for reliable, well-documented Bag-in-Box solutions, adapted to the reality of
production and distribution in Romania.
Instead of simply selling “bags and boxes”, we aim to build a technical partnership:
talking about products, filling lines, consumer profiles and sales channels – and then
recommending the right film structures, volumes and bag–tap combinations.
Bag-in-Box is not just another packaging format, but a complete infrastructure:
inner bag, cardboard, tap, filling line and logistics chain. Our role is to help
these elements work together.
What we bring to a Bag-in-Box project
As the official representative of ProBox, we have direct access to production know-how,
lab testing and experience from other European markets. At the same time, we are close
to wineries and producers on the ground, where decisions must remain practical.
- Selection consultancy: choosing the right volumes (3L, 5L, 10L, 20L) and film type (transparent / metallized).
- Complete technical documentation: datasheets in EN & RO, full compliance with EU food-contact legislation.
- Integration with existing lines: discussion around filling type, temperature, viscosity and operating parameters.
- Commercial perspective: packaging tailored for retail, HoReCa, export or direct-to-consumer sales.
